with fundamental long term growth and accelerates the business through careful
execution. OG takes a hands on approach to creating and growing its businesses,
identifying the right business model, financing strategy and management structure.

The company may also seek to buy an existing undervalued or distressed company
or assets, which it will seek to use as the platform to accelerate the new business.

Occasionally OG may look at making a strategic minority investment into a company,
however it will only consider doing this if it is synergistic to its other companies and
it would still look to take an active role in such an investment.
